Just got my UPC after the Pokemon Center restocked the Squirtle promos… and some how, some way I was blessed by RNG’sus and his mysterious shipping ways! I’ve seen the pictures of other people not as lucky as I was back when they did the Van Gogh Pikachu promo, and I am shocked to see the Pokemom Company International has still not found a way to safely add these to orders without slapping them in there and crossing their fingers. 🤦
